This view shows the Practice Gateway home page where you can follow links to the three functional pages that follow. As this service is completely content managed you can customise all the copy. Swan Partnership have chosen to call their Gateway a Help Centre. You could choose a different name: Online Shop, Practice Portal, and so on. We will give you at unique link to your Gateway to add to your practice website.

It is not necessary to display all three pages. You can vary to display either one, two or all three.
This feature allows you to display key tax and accounting services in a summarised form on one page of your web site. The idea is not to sell the service direct from the page but to intrigue visitors in the services displayed and enrol them in leaving you their contact details. This part of the Gateway produces qualified leads... You can add an unlimited number of products to this page. Each icon you can see opens an information page about that product and encourages the reader to respond by filling in a simple contact form.

The lower icons on this screen shot are generated direct by our Practice Development Tool Kit and link to questionnaires on topical issues including: business fitness, tax planning, business records checker.
The second page can be used by clients to pay your bills online via Google Checkout. Our set up process includes the creation of a Google Checkout account for your practice. Clients simply enter the amount they want to pay and reference payment to their invoice details.

The final page lists services that can be purchased at a fixed price online, your practice shop - allows you to offer certain fixed price services in a retail environment, for instance accounting software, software training, fee protection, company formations, etc.

Basically any service that can be packaged for a fixed fee can be added to this page. We have included a library of suggestions that you can adopt, or you can use the content management system to create your own.

Please provide me with a subscription to your Practice Gateway service. I understand that the monthly subscription is £57 plus VAT per month. I further agree to the initial, one-off, set up fee of £177 plus VAT. I confirm that I have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions that apply to the subscription as set out below.

Practice Gateway - terms and conditions

The monthly subscriptions will be invoiced on a quarterly basis. Invoices issued are payable 30 days from invoice date, by direct debit.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing your intention to cancel to Fiona@landmarkpd.co.uk. A minimum 30 days notice period is required. Any subscriptions previously invoiced beyond a cancellation date will be credited and if necessary refunded.
If at any time invoices are unpaid beyond our stated 30 day terms we reserve the right to cancel your subscription.
Firms who cancel their subscription will no longer have access to their online shopping area. Past subscribers will need to make arrangements with their own web site developers to remove the relevant links and pages from their web site.
Landmark Regions UK Ltd undertakes to keep the technical content of the service online and working correctly.
Landmark Regions UK Ltd reserves the right to add new facilities to the Practice Gateway from time to time and increase subscription rates accordingly. Price increases will impact the first invoice issued after the date of such price increases.
