Professional pricing solution with unique benchmark data

Open Price is the first online software in the UK that allows its network of users to access real time pricing information from firms across the UK. This information can be used to position your practice in the pricing matrix within which we all have to operate. Open Price stores 44 separate prices for recurring accounting and tax services. This is made available to users as 44 averaged rates - there is no disclosure of individual firms' data. Data is stored on a secure server and future updates can be accommodated without you having to make any changes to your IT networks.

Pricing is set at a competitive level on a simple monthly contract - no long term tie-ins.

Login page

The login page for Open Price can be linked to your website. We suggest a link 'No obligation Quote' or similar. When used by staff or principals they would use the login section to access Open Price.

When used by visitors to your site we have provided space on the login page for a feedback form. In this way the page can potentially create new leads for your firm.

Client record page

Contains details of clients that will affect quotation calculations and presentation of reports. Can be entered one at a time or uploaded using a formatted CSV file.

Report Options page

Use this page to complete report edits, download reports and standing orders, direct debit forms as required.

Reports can be emailed from this page direct to clients.

Reports no longer required can be transferred to a Report Archive.
National Statistics page

This page will carry a series of data tables that display the average charge out rates and prices charged for various services. The data will be split by region and by practice size.
We have set up a demonstration copy of Open Price. You are welcome to try this out online but please note that certain key areas have restricted access to protect our copyright.

Please provide me with a subscription and access to Open Price. I confirm that I have read and agree to comply with the terms and conditions that apply to the subscription as set out below:

Open Price - terms and conditions

The monthly subscriptions will be invoiced on a quarterly basis. Your first invoice will run from the date we complete your online training and set up with you, to the end of the following quarter date. Invoices will then be submitted on a quarterly basis. The first invoice(s) will be adjusted such that the first 90 days are charged less a 50% new subscriber discount. Invoices issued are payable 30 days from invoice date, by direct debit.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by emailing your intention to cancel to Fiona@landmarkpd.co.uk a minimum 30 days notice period is required. Any subscriptions previously invoiced beyond a cancellation date will be credited and if necessary refunded.
If at any time invoices are unpaid beyond our stated 30 day terms we reserve the right to restrict your access to Open Price and/or cancel your subscription.
Landmark Regions UK Ltd reserves the right to add new facilities to Open Price from time to time and increase subscription rates accordingly. Price increases will impact the first invoice issued after the date of such price increases. No price increases will be implemented before 1 February 2013.
